I had to take a cab to Logan this morning. Last time I took a cab from Boston Cab the driver was cheery, talkative and enjoyable. He helped me get my bag out when I got to the airport and wished me a happy trip.

Donate for Boston Marathon Runner!

Hot Yoga!

Tonight will be my first experience with Hot Yoga at Bikram Yoga Stoughton!  It is only my 3rd official yoga class.  Otherwise, I have done yoga from OnDemand tv.  I’m ready for myself to be dripping in sweat and not being able to do any of the moves!

Boston Prep 16 Miler

My next race is going to be the Boston Prep 16 Miler in Dery, New Hampshire.  It is supposed to be somewhat challenging with hills and good training for your spring marathons (hence the name Boston Prep).  I look forward to the challenge and realize I probably won’t get my PR.  But at the same time – if I’ve never run a 16 miler race, I guess it will be a PR
