Oatmeal, the breakfast for champions!

Many runners have a traditional breakfast they have before a race.  My breakfast consists of the following:

  1. Oatmeal with banana mashed up in it
  2. Luna Bar (preferably the Smores kind!)
  3. 1/2 Bagel
  4. Half Dunkin Donuts Iced Coffee

Part of this breakfast resonates with my daily life…oatmeal!  I have become very fond of oatmeal with blackberries, raspberries and strawberries.  It has a perfect blend of sweet and tart!  Give it a try and get your day started!
