OH yah, it’s that time again…GIVEAWAY TIME!!!!
I have been doing Jillian Michael’s 6 Week Six Pack two times a week for about a month now. I have been noticing I have been getting more tone. The exercises have been getting easier, and I am going to move to Level 2! I want to try to start doing it 3 times a week instead of just 2. I’ll post before and after pictures when I’m really excited about my after results! Hopefully it’s soon! 🙂
I haven’t incorporated the 30 Day Shred in yet, but I heard from multiple friends of mine that it is a GREAT, quick workout.
