Nap time?

I didn’t take my nap yesterday, but boy-did I make up for that today!  Besides brunch with Ashley and Derek, Dave and I pretty much napped all day!

I’m was trying not to be a complete lazy bum today so I got a run in.  It felt glorious!  It is drizzly out and a cloudy.  I love running in the sun, but sometimes its nice to run in this type of weather.

Young again!

I realized that June 3rd I will have been working at my company for 3 years now!  Crazy!  I feel like just yesterday I graduated from college.  BUT I can tell I’m getting older…

Running fitness does not equal biking fitness!

I got up this morning heading out for the Quad Cycles ride.  I wasn’t really sure how long I would be out for.  I was thinking it would be 25-30.  Nope, I did my first 45 miler!

Weekend Here I come!

Last night I watched the Ragnar Relay Captain’s video.  I got really excited for the relay next weekend!  I still can’t believe how much I’ll have to run since we are doing the ultra version.  I will NOT be going for speed on this race, more just finishing and having FUN!

After getting all Ragnar’ed out, Dave and I went for a run along the bike path:
