On Sundays, I find it the easiest to make crock pot meals. When I can, I also prepare a meal for the weekday. This past Sunday I prepped everything for our weekly meals!
Sunday we had My Recipes.com Grilled Pepper, Onion and Sausage Calzones. I cooked them a little too long, so the pizza dough was a bit burnt. But it still tasted good! I actually like it a little crispier.

Ok, I’m not really on drugs. I am addicted to working out and feel so high after each workout! Working out is my drug of choice.
I realize more and more how much working out is a part of my life. It’s not just a hobby or something I enjoy doing; I treat it like a second job and am addicted.

The other night Dave had grilled up some chicken for us. I only had a small sandwhich with red onions, pepperjack cheese, avocado, grilled poblano pepper and some pasta salad on the side. Dave was kind of upset because I still had a bite left and didn’t go for seconds. (I asked Dave to make a sad face…he did a pretty good job)

I’ve been MIA for a few days, but no worries, I’ve still been good and working out, having fun and being healthy!
