New Years Eve Day Long Run

December 31, 2011

This morning I slept in a little later so that I can actually stay up late enough to see ball drop at midnight!  Dave and I tried to incorporate a few hills but not as bad as our Thursday run.  I am loving the Eve day long runs (Dave and I had the Christmas Eve long run)!

Good morning yoga sculpt!

December 29, 2011

I decided to get up and attend a yoga sculpt class (also known as visYoga) at BSC taught by Essdras Suarez to start my day right.  Essdras is the founder of visYoga and is going to host a “VisYoga Safari” that goes to Panama!  I wish I had some more time and were more of a yogi because it sounds pretty awesome!

I didn’t really know what yoga sculpt or visYoga was, but Essdras says … [Continue reading]
