Another morning run!
January 18, 2012I managed to get myself up this morning for a run. I was going to try to run with a friend this morning but she was running a tempo. My legs are still a little tired do I tried to stay on flat ground and not worry too much about pace.

First Tempo Run of Training and MORNING workout!
