I’ve concluded I’m officially old. I ended up bailing on the concert I had last night because I was feeling lazy and wanted to just relax in my sweats. I didn’t feel too guilty because I am seeing Miike Snow this summer at the Lollapalooza festival, but I did feel guilty for wasting money. I am going to try to be really good and make dinner and bring lunch all week instead of buying it. I started my week with some homemade delicious overnight oats!
Vanilla Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats
- One container of Chobani Strawberry Banana yogurt
- Chia seeds
- A little bit of vanilla
- Dark chocolate chips
Tonight I am going for a short run and some lifting followed by icing of my hips. I have been checking out the Tough Mudder circuit training and I have to get working! I am not going to start to train running hills for this yet because my hips are screaming for flat lands. Once I am healed and strengthened, I’ll incorporate more hill workouts.
