I’ve been incredibly bad about making dinner lately. I have been feeling lazy and convince Dave to go out to eat with me…though we both like to go out to eat so sometimes it doesn’t take much convincing.
To prevent my cheating on my planned meals, I am going to try to start blogging my weekly meal plan so that you can hold me accountable!
Monday: Crock Pot Thai Chicken Thighs (I keep wanting to type…”Thais”)
Tuesday: Crock Pot Korean Beef Tacos*
Wednesday: Zippy Pineapple Baked Chicken Breasts*
Thursday: Pasta and homemade meatballs
Friday: Splurge day – Dinner out

I already have tonight’s meal made and prepped Tuesdays ingredients for the crock pot to cook while I’m at work tomorrow! I started the week off good with some overnight oats this morning, which I haven’t had in a while, and of course, I also had my cold brewed iced coffee. I had to switch to a different container because my old Starbucks cup was getting kind of grimy.
My hips aren’t more sore than they normally are, so I take it swimming is going to become a part of my weekly routine, along with yoga. I am going to a Vinyasa flow class at Back Bay Yoga tonight with Living Social deal that I have 4 classes left on. This is probably only my 3rd class on the new mat…let’s see how many times it takes to break it in!
