Yesterday I worked on my PE application for a bit in the morning and then Dave and I went along Newbury Street to look for some clothes for me. I didn’t end up finding anything and my hips were getting a bit sore from all the walking. I think Dave could tell I was getting a little bummed because I couldn’t find any clothes and because of my hips, so he suggested we get smoothies from Emack & Bolio’s. I thought this was a great idea! I got the Passion Cooler and Dave got the Liquid Yoga (LOVE this name!). The shakes were good but we both agreed that we loved the Blue Shirt Cafe Peanut Butter Delight smoothie so much more!
After walking all over Boston, Dave went to the gym and I tried to find some good recipes for this week. I think I need some more places for cooking inspiration. After looking online for a while, I started to feel so lazy and really craving some exercise. I am going to try to get to yoga class today to hopefully make me feel a little better emotionally and not be too detrimental to my physical health.
I sometimes feel like I’m not a “runner” anymore, but then I know that’s impossible. I love running so much and all runners and athletes go through times that they can’t exercise. Gotta keep my strong! Dave also says I need to stop crying wolf and saying “My hips feel good, maybe I can run next week!” and then an hour later say they hurt again. I think that I do that because I get excited to run. I’ll try my best not to get both your and my hopes up! At the same time, I like keeping track of the days that my hips feel good or bad on my blog because I can see what might have caused them to hurt.
Enough of being a Debbie-Downer, I had a Korean dinner with Dave last night. We went to Buk Kyung Korean Restaurant in Union Square, a restaurant his office mate had suggested. It was good, but I liked Yasu much better for the environment and the food. My friend suggested me get another meal, but I really wanted to try the same meals I got last time and show them to Dave. So we got the kimchi pancakes, beef BiBimBop (we tried to get the seafood one but I might have said the word incorrectly because we got beef!), and JapChae (ChapChae). Dave was excited to try some new asian food and wants to go back to Koreana sometime.
After a restful Saturday and filling meal, it’s time to get this Sunday started! I think Dave might go for a walk with me today so I can get my cardio, and I might head to the 5:45 yoga class tonight!
Do you sometimes get the same meal every time you go to a certain restaurant?
Sometimes I am really boring and I get the same meal that I have gotten before because I like it so much! Other times I am good and try something new!

I am SO bad about trying new things! Once I find something I like, I stick with it. I love salmon so much but hate cooking it at home, so I usually get that when we go out.
I have been finding tons of good dinner ideas on Pinterest lately. You should check it out!
