My hips have been acting up lately and they usually feel a lot better after yoga. I didn’t feel like paying for classes so I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown Sunday and P90x YogaX on last night.

I’ve been spending money like crazy so I have to remind myself to keep making food whenever possible. Last night I made the Urban Nester’s Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal Casserole so that breakfast is a little more special this week!
As for dinner here is what I’ve planned the following (I’ll post the recipes later this week!):
- Sunday: Fish Tacos and Cucumber Apple Salsa
- Monday: Crock Pot Mediterranean Chicken and Wild Rice
