This week’s menu and Urban Nester’s Gluten Free Baked Oatmeal Casserole
July 30, 2012I’ve been spending money like crazy so I have to remind myself to keep making food whenever possible. Last night I made the Urban Nester’s Gluten-Free Baked Oatmeal Casserole so that breakfast is a little more special this week!
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup raspberries {any
