My friend brought in the Insanity DVDs for me to borrow. I am pretty pumped about it!
Running is definitely a different type of workout compared to Insanity, P90x, and general lifting. I know my body will feel much different after these workouts and I’m going to still miss the way I feel after a good long run, but I’m kind of excited about getting more tone and a different level of fitness!
Are you more of a runner or strength person? Or both?
I’m more of a runner, but hoping to use this injured time to work on yoga and strength to become a stronger runner and less injury-prone. I’ve been pretty lucky that this is my first injury since I’ve started running.
