Morning Insanity

I had the goal of getting up early today, doing the Insanity plyometric workout and getting into work early.  Mission accomplished!  BUT I forgot my phone on my way into work!  This is a major bummer because now I can’t listen to music while I do work (we aren’t allowed to stream music :( )

Even though I forgot my phone, it was well worth it.  I feel great getting in a morning workout!  I felt like I could do most of the moves, but some my form wasn’t the best because it hurt my hips so I didn’t end up going as deep into the move as you should.  Throughout the workout, I really worked up a sweat and now I feel really awake!  We’ll see if that lasts!  I’m looking forward to trying another Insanity workout!

Do you listen to music at work?

I usually do but sometimes I can’t because I’m learning something new and I really need to focus!

Are you a morning or a night workout person?

It varies depending on my schedule, but for the most part I like to be a morning workout person!

  1. I never listen to music at work! Part of it is because we're not supposed to use headphones, and I get paranoid that my coworkers will think I have awful taste in music. But I don't miss not having it.
