My hips have been feeling a little sore lately so I decided to attend the 8 AM class at Samara Yoga. At the start of the class my hips felt tight when we did reclining bound angle pose and I felt a little bit of pain but at the end of the class we did the same pose and my hips felt great and no pain!
One tip about the pose is to not feel like you have to push the your knees to the floor/ground. This can actually be worse for your hips because your groin will tense up.
