Last night I went to free yoga hosted by Fort Point Channel Fitness. I’m seriously loving all these free classes! The yoga class was on the second floor of the Atlantic Wharf building. It was SO peaceful that you felt like you were on some private island.
I like my yoga DVDs but nothing beats a class with a good instructor and people to motivate you around you! I got a lot of hip opener poses in-which I LOVE-and I pretty much fell asleep during shavasana. I left the class feeling so great that I want to get in another session today. I have plans for after work so I might try to do a quick yoga workout or Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred before dinner.
But speaking of great FREE yoga sessions, I wanted to share some exciting news! September is National Yoga Month and you can get one week of free yoga at participating studios that you are a new to!
