I had a bad day at work yesterday because I had lost some work that I had done the second half of the day. You are supposed to try to save new copies of the project each time you try something different because the program can crash a lot. I had been having good luck with it so I thought I may be ok not saving a new copy…obvious fail. I decided to come in early to fix the problems rather then work while frustrated and potentially make things worse when I am tired an frustrated.
When I got home, I worked off some frustration by doing the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred Level 3. I have been missing a good workout and she alway seems to get me to sweat. Then I did some yoga poses on my own…pigeon, lizard, happy baby, downward dog, and some foam rolling.
After my workout, I prepped a crock pot meal so Dave has something to eat tonight since I won’t be home until late and then made a quick dinner that I will post later today! We finished the night with some froyo from the new place iYo in Davis Square that just opened up. I got the red velvet and salted caramel and Dave got the espresso!
We think this may be our new dessert place! I love that there is a topping bar and you just put as much froyo and toppings as you want in a ginormous container! We were pretty self controlled with our toppings but once I get one of those long runs in-iYo better beware!
Do you sometimes need a workout after work to get rid of some stress?
I usually like to workout in the morning, but lately I have been working out in the nights, which is good because I can de-stress from the day.

FRUIT and chocolate sprinkles!
