Today marks the official end of my 30 day yoga challenge! But you know what? I didn’t just do 30 days in a row…I did 44!!!
But it’s not just about the number of days that I completed yoga. Had I not done yoga every consecutive day, I still would have come out of this challenge a winner. This challenge was a great experience for me for many reasons.

My hips have been bugging me lately so I’m taking it easy on the running. I did run a few days in a row and even though it wasn’t a lot of mileage, my body wasn’t used it it. Instead of running this morning, I did some yoga.

Besides putting pumpkin in everything, I often love to make hot soups, chili and crock pot meals to warm me up in the fall. This past Sunday I made Rachel Ray’s Buffalo Chicken Chili that served as a 2 dinners and a lunch for me and Dave!
