#ClassPassChallenge Day 5 – try the Tone It Up Spicy Lemonade.
I purchased the Tone It Up nutrition plan a while ago and started the 8 week bikini series but then kind of gave up. I don’t feel like a complete failure because I still use their recipes and think about their nutrition plan methodology when I’m prepping some of my meals for the day.
The nutrition plan included the option to have some healthy “shots” each morning or actually throughout the day if you wanted too! I decided to try one of these shots this morning–the spicy lemonade. The shot was really simple, it included juice from one lemon, a dash of cayenne and a few drops of agave syrup. I did a little googling and here is why each of those ingredients is good for you! I actually liked it (I love tart drinks! 🍋) and wanted to learn more about why it was good for me.
