The Handle Bar is probably my favorite indoor cycling studio. They have great instructors and fun themed rides and social events. I haven’t been in a long time because of surgery and I have my 3 month Equinox membership. But I sure do miss my Handle Bar instructors and am looking forward to heading back in the New Year .

While in Philly this weekend for a long weekend with Dave, I had a carrot soup that was to die for and was inspired to find a recipe to make at home. Food Network’s Guy Fieri has a Ginger-Carrot Soup that seemed like it would do the trick. I was also excited because it called for a dutch oven and I haven’t used mine since I’ve purchased it.
