After a long meeting for work this week, we had a short hour break before we met for dinner. I was debating taking a nap or not but I decided to do a workout instead. I had already done my yoga workout in the morning so I wanted to try something different.
Two nights ago I got home late because I had some prep work I had to do for my trip to Canada. I needed to get my yoga in so I went to YogaGlo to find a 30 minute workout. This weekend we visited Amsterdam Falafel Shop which just recently opened up in Davis Square. I was telling Dave and Rob how good falafel was and they asked, “What is it?” I didn’t know! Last night I did a YogaGlo workout with Tiffany Cruikshank called “Short Hip Flow.” It was a 30 minute class to create heat in the hip muscles with more active work and then use static poses to get into deeper stretches. My hips get tight so easily ever since my Boston Marathon injury, so I am working hard at trying to improve strength and flexibility of my hips.
