Ready to Run?!

It’s been almost 2 full months since I’ve run.  It’s been about 3 years since that’s happened!  My hips are feeling good, I did some PT moves this morning and no pain, just felt weak.  I’m ECSTATIC!

Dahn Yoga Experience and Being Sick

Carrie and I went to a Dahn Yoga class Tuesday night because we bought a Groupon that expires this Sunday.  Neither of us really did any research on WHAT Dahn yoga was so it definitely was an interesting experience.

Kickboxing Take 2

I went to Redline Fight Sports last night for another kickboxing conditioning class.
