Last night I did the Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown Level 2. 30 day yoga challenge-you gots nothing on me!! I love that the poses are getting easier-it means I’m improving my practice! I may have to get a few more DVDs for if I can make it to a class so that I can mix it up.

Instead of the Esplanade Association Sunset Yoga, I headed to LuLulemon’s Uncommon Yoga by the Prudential Center. I met up with my running friend Rachel and my DailyMile friend Laura and her coworker. During the class Laura snuck a pic of me doing yoga. Sneaky girl! But I love her for it!
Last night I decided to bail on the Fort Point Fitness boot camp because I wanted some company and no one could make it with me. I really have been craving some of the Darrell Lea soft liquorice so I decided to jog/walk over to Pemberton Farms to pick some up. This stuff is addicting!!

This past Sunday I made a spinach and black bean lasagna and prepped my crock pot Thai chicken thighs. So last night after my vinyasa flow class at Back Bay Yoga all Dave and I had to do was pop the lasagna in the microwave and eat away! Best feeling ever to not have to worry about making dinner after my class.

If you didn’t know this already, I love crock pot meals. They often are super easy and can be used as leftovers for a couple of days!
