Mug shots and opening my eyes!

Last night I did the Jillian Michael’s Yoga Meltdown Level 2. 30 day yoga challenge-you gots nothing on me!! I love that the poses are getting easier-it means I’m improving my practice! I may have to get a few more DVDs for if I can make it to a class so that I can mix it up.
