A biking MACHINE!

Ok, I’m not a biking machine YET, but I’m on my way.  Jamie, you will be SO proud!  I biked to work again today!  …and then I did my tempo run!

Commute to work 5.9 mi
5 mi run with miles 3 & 4 tempo pace*
Splits (9:01, 9:00, 7:40*, 7:32*, 8:26)

Daylight Savings won’t get in my way!

My friend Jamie will be really proud of me. I biked to work today!  I used to bike to work when I was training for the half Ironman, but then got lazy. The beautiful weather inspired me to get on my Dolce to warm up for my TEMPO! I haven’t done a tempo in a while, so I was a bit nervous, but I wanted to still give it a go!

There is such thing as a free lunch.

Yesterday I was SUPER excited for my FREE lunch! My company has lunch and learns where a representative will bring in free lunch and you sit through their presentation. This isn’t always a free lunch because you sit through a presentation, and if it is not a good presentation, you paid for your lunch with your time. Monday Long Run
