Ok, I’m not a biking machine YET, but I’m on my way. Jamie, you will be SO proud! I biked to work again today! …and then I did my tempo run!

I was determined to do my Cannonball routine after my run. I wasn’t going to let the small space of the work locker room hold me back. I was considering stopping by the gym to do it, but I decided to do it on the grass by the Children’s museum. It was a little dirty, but heck-I’m a runner not a princess!
My legs are a bit sore. I’m not sure if it’s from my running this weekend or from getting back to biking. I might commute only a couple of times a week since it might get tiring with my runs getting longer throughout the week. Since I have to do 8 miles tomorrow so it might be smart to take the T.
In other news, it’s only Monday but I’m getting VERY exciting for attending Blog Better Boston this Saturday! Are any of you attending?!
