I went to my PT yesterday and she said I was an A+ student!  She said right leg seemed so much better than when I had seen her last week.  I had told her how I was being very anal about foam rolling and doing my exercises. My new best friend told me the cold, hard truth. I have scar tissue build up on my plantar fascia, achilles and calf. When tendons get overused or pronate, they can slowly tear. Bad back?

I had a doctors appointment today which ended up turning from a simple physical to a physical, bloodwork, HPV shot AND an x-ray!  Oh my!
