I had actually planned to make it to Back Bay Yoga for an early forest yoga class yesterday morning. Unfortunately the class got cancelled-I think because of the weather being potentially bad. But I didn’t let that stop me from getting a yoga sesh in.
I have had back pain since Tuesday morning. I just woke up and my back was so stiff. It was difficult for me to turn side to side or to even sit up!
