I really do enjoy cooking, but lately I just haven’t been having the time or energy to actually make it happen with work, studying, working out, training for the Pan-Mass Challenge, and trying to fit in some blogging. I’m not sure what your office is like but ours has so many temptations around like feasts of baked goods…

I wasn’t as happy as I’d like to be with my first Chap Chae that I had made. So I decided to venture to find a new recipe. I stumbled upon Food.com’s Korean-Style Noodles with Vegetables (Chap Chae). I like this one better than the first recipe I tried, but still have some fiddling to do to get it just how I like it!
