I probably am still doing a bit much with the classes but I made sure to have my Monday and Friday easy days stay easy with the short runs and nothing else. I had heard from a few coaches that it’s fine to include yoga on any day (woo!) so I did that on Thursday paired with a last minute decision to head to Kick It. I was debating attending a yoga class today but I decided to take it as a full day off (though I may do some stretching and yoga on my own).
I am heading to NYC early Monday and have a packed week so want to make sure I have time to just relax, pack and get ready for the NYC craziness! Overall, I was happy with my training week because I fit in my 4 days of running on the plan and felt pretty energized throughout the week.
