Chicken Tamale Pie Slice

I have been so good this week about making meals instead of eating out. I even was good when he was out on a guy’s night because I made A Pinch of Yum Chicken Tamale Pie for myself. It was really easy and DELICIOUS! I love cornbread, so it definitely is a keeper. Dave and I ate it last night for dinner AND for lunch today!
