Last night I did some PT exercises and my hip still made noises and they hurt all day. This morning they don’t hurt too much but I’m afraid it usually starts like that and then they hurt as the day goes on. I will do my PT exercises later today and do some stretching.
3×15 leg lifts per leg
3×10 clamshells per leg with resistance band
1×20 bridging leg lifts
3x side steps

I was doing my PT exercises last night and when I got the clamshell part, I immediately heard my joints crack and pop. It was a gross grinding noise that was going on. I pretty much went to my laptop right away to do some Googling. Snapping and popping didn’t seem like a good thing and looked like it was joint related.

Last night I met up with Sarah and her fiancé Jim at Russell House Tavern for a drink. Last time we were at this restaurant was about a year ago for Dave’s birthday and an alarm went off! Because we were one of the few customers that came back into the restaurant, we got a free dessert.

…and today was one of those days. I’ve been pretty good this week with making dinner and lunch, so I splurged and got a small mac and cheese with a side salad at Yadda Yadda. Holy cow!
