When I get out of the swing of things with cooking it is usually for one of the following reason:
- I’ve been too busy at work, with workouts, hanging out with friends, etc. and don’t have the energy to cook when I get home.

I tried out a new recipe last night. I made a double batch so that I could have some of the filling for lunch one day. Overall this was pretty good but I found the flavor a little overwhelming as I got towards the end of the stuffed pepper. I might have needed a few more sides to the dish. Repeat dish? Meh..maybe.
