Ragnar New England = Ultra fantastic experience!

May 22, 2011

I have lots to recap from Ragnar and have to get some pictures from my girls.  But I’ll leave you with this for now…

IT WAS AMAZING!

I finished 3 legs totally 35.9 miles.  Here is me after my last leg (of course with The Stick because it was going to be my new best friend in the van).

I went to bed really early last night and got up normal time today.  I feel … [Continue reading]

Red Rockettes Rocket off!

May 19, 2011

Talk about alliteration…

Tonight, me and my ladies head off to Connecticut to prepare for our ultra relay!  Our goals:

Tonight I am going to run 5-6 miles.  I’ve been running up to 4.  I need to slowly get some mileage up again so that I don’t die for … [Continue reading]

Sparkle Skirt….Yup…Sparkle Skirt

April 27, 2011

I am not a runner who usually runs in a skirt.  I think they are super cute, but I just don’t do it.  It might be because I live in Boston and am used to cat calls or rude people on the road making me feel uncomfortable.  My running girls are the same exact way.

But for the Ragnar Relay we all said…LET’S WEAR SKIRTS!!!  And we are going to!

Tonight’s plans include hopefully getting … [Continue reading]
