Since I was bummed that I couldn’t run yesterday morning, I did the most logical thing. Eat a baked good! My coworker and I went on a walk to get some fresh air and had to visit Flour Bakery…again. How could I resist this. It was a NEW baked good- a MINT oreo!

Dave and I have today off for President’s day, so last night we hung out at Ashley and Derek’s. We had PIZZA and salad as well as enjoying some wine and beer. I am Snackmaster for Toastmasters again. Not sure what Toastmasters is-check it out here.
I decided to look for something a little more healthy so I ventured to EatingWell and looked for healthy desserts. I ended up finding two recipes I wanted to try,but I went for the EatingWell Peanut Butter & Pretzel Truffles. Ok so not super healthy but not too shabby!
