I didn’t end up running yesterday. I felt drained from work and just needed a relaxing night. I had stopped by Wheelworks on my way home because my bike was still doing some funky stuff. I found out it was because my derailer was a little bent. This is probably because my bike fell this morning after I unlocked it. Doh!
Yesterday I had indulged with a sticky sticky bread pudding from Flour Bakery with my coworker. She bought this time so I will buy us a brownie or another treat next week 🙂
I definitely worked off that bread pudding this morning. I made myself get up and do a long ride. I know the weather is going to get bad this weekend. I started with some oatmeal and craisons. Then had two Gu’s during the ride.
It was pretty dark out for the first hour so once again I was glad I had bought my new bike light!
My legs felt more tire this ride compared to others but I was proud that I got the workout in.

My second breakfast was some overnight oats!
I have my CPR and first aid class this weekend!! 🙂

I run and workout so that I can enjoy all the delicious food that I love and not feel guilty!
