Now that November has passed, I wanted to take a look back at my November Goals and see if I actually met them.
As a recap, here are what I set as my goals:
- Continue to strengthen my body as a whole – 3 times a week of strength.
- Practice more yoga – 3 times a week!

Guess what?! My Healthworks Workplace Warrior Challenge team got 2nd place!!!!
Unfortunately not all of my team could make it because of work deadlines or being onsite for work. But remember that we are workplace warriors so we have to dominate the workplace too not just the gym! We divided and conquered! I got up early this morning to get a morning run in. I love running in the mornings because it is so peaceful and serene out. It is even better that there are holiday decorations out now! Last night I met up with a friend that I had met from my volleyball team outside of high school…she has the best name ever…Jess! I haven’t seen her in maybe 8 years!
