Yoga

My hips were in burning pain after Boston Marathon 2012 which prevented me from doing a lot of cardio, but I needed to exercise in some way. I decided I would give yoga a try, and I got addicted!  Here are some ways you can follow my adventures in becoming a yogi!

I've practicing yoga for about 17 years and teaching for 12. It is so great for all aspects of life, especially cooking good food for lovely guests!! Thanks again for coming to Tavern 27.
